We follow meals that have already been designed for specific chronic diseases, MyFOODMyHEALTH.  


Have you just been diagnosed with a specific chronic disease? Trying to figure out what you can eat and should stay away from? Or have you just been released from the hospital and not quite ready to cook yourself?


We can help you. I would refer you to MyFOODMyHEALTH.com as an excellent site for valuable information on how to do meal planning. OR, we can assist you with a few weeks of temporary meal preparation and delivery.


We are currently working with Cambridge Medical Group, Boynton Physicians Group, and Columbia Medical Group all part of Affordable Care Options. We have several dietitians on staff and on our advisory board that can assist providing your physician with many options to help you select meals specific to your individual needs.  These meals are specifically targeted to some of the following, but not limited to: Arthritis, Asthma, Diabetes, Fatigue, Gout, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Hypothyroid, Osteoporosis, Pre and Post Chemo and Radiation. 


Weather or no you want to cook yourself or have us do the cooking and deliver daily or weekly meals It is very easy for us to design your profile and provide you with a list of detox juicing recipes as well as meal selections specific to you needs for meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert.

Our ingredients include: organic herbs grown right in our garden, sea salt, extra virgin olive  oil or canola, only North Atlantic Wild Caught Salmon, Albacore Tuna, & All Natural Chickens, organic and some conventionally grown vegetables during the growing season, otherwise, USA grown with very little exception, some imported Italy products required to reduce consumption of GMO product. 

Meals can be designed for plant-based diets, vegan, vegetarian, sugar-free, and gluten-free ingredients only. Unfortunately, if you are suffering from extreme celiac disease, we cannot provide assistance.

For Cancer Patients, distilled water is used for cooking, proteins with no hormones and no antibiotics. Bone marrow soup is made using distilled water, organic vegetables, all natural, wild caught, and grass fed proteins.

For High Blood Pressure patients chicken stock is either made in-house using very little sea salt, or a reduced sodium all natural beef, vegetable, fish, or chicken stock is used. Meals incorporate diuretic foods: lemons, oats, cranberries, beets, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, watermelon, strawberries, apple cider vinegar.
